She teams up with Redhood and takes down Black Mask.
4 years later, Black Mask is released and out to get her.
Jason comes back to Gotham to protect his godson and to discover that the Ghost and a certain former boy wonder are in a very secretive 'relationship'? Can he even call it that?

Batman is aging. Aging to the point where criminals can hear him in silent buildings and he, for the first time, can be found in the shadows by the naked eye. Gotham's Rogues have noticed. The Joker, in particular, has already begun to build plans and plant predecessors. Damian Wayne has observed his father's chronic exhaustion, running too deep for the truth not to be heard: his time is coming. Cristen Young has noticed too, even as a newcomer to Gotham from Fawcett City.

And in this fanfic, we follow Alina as she meets the entirety of the Batfam; from Jason Todd to Lance Bruner to Julia Pennyworth to Mar’i Grayson and to so many others! No siblings (or cousin, aunt, uncle, family friend) left behind! Each chapter follows Alina meeting a character as she meets and bonds with them. Not only does it follow Alina and her relationship with the Batfamily, but it also explains the development of the world(s) of Earth Never. Which, for clarification, follows more to canon(s) and popular fanon tropes than to a proper AU! It's simply what I call the universe(s) where I function my own fanon of the Batfamily in.
