    Summary

Jaster adopts a toddler and Jango gets a little sister. One well-adjusted person should not be able to change as much as she does. There will be lots of impulse adoptions, Jedi and Mandalorians being competent (some more than others), and idiots (some more than others), and a young Obi-Wan.

Canon and time-line go out the window.

Inspiration comes from me being super annoyed with everyone's shitty parenting and inability to talk about their problems.

    Summary

Years ago Dooku's blood was used to save Obi-Wan Kenobi's life, now the Sith has manipulated this connection to create a powerful bond between them. Obi-Wan believes he can use their connection to a tactical advantage in the war, not caring what this could mean to his personal well-being (though he finds it harder and harder to ignore the worried faces of the Council and his former Padawan).

Meanwhile, another Jedi searches for answers and stumbles upon a much bigger (and darker) plot.

    Summary

Obi-Wan Kenobi sees the dead. Always has. Always will, probably, according to the healers. And the scholars. And the Masters.

It starts small. There’s little to be seen around the Temple--it’s so peaceful, after all. All those who have died in the Temple for the past few centuries have passed in the Halls of Healing themselves, gone to the Force after years of service to the world, or after gaining a fatal injury in noble battle, dying in the quiet, capable hands of those who fought to save them, and then let them go when it proved to be their time. Even at a young age, he's used to it; he knows nothing else.

    Summary

As soon as the final ray shield lifted, his wings gave the strongest push they could. He was a blur of copper, bronze and gold speeding like a blaster bolt through the narrow corridor. The Sith didn’t have time to sense him coming.

    Summary

A building on the other side of the bridge— Point Eychyr, supposedly named after the blood of Tere-Quian G-ds that ran silver and appeared in the shot-up architecture even now, if faded— collapses under cannonfire in a show of splintering and silently plummets through the depths of the city, taking countless droids with it, but never quite enough.
He waves at his men. They go. The fire never stopped but it still feels like it starts anew once they start moving upwards; climbing over stairways and on top of buildings, crawling through the uneven city like a flock of ants.
The droids are sparks of copper in the morning sun.

As war inspires its wretched innovation, it also, inevitably, digs up ghosts.

    Summary

    “How old were you?”

Obi-Wan counted a mental abacus, and said, “Thirteen, I suppose. Fourteen.”

And the image of an Obi-Wan defying his master shrank and shrank. The actor Anakin hired in his own mind, supplying an older Obi-Wan, an Obi-Wan that looked like the first time he first him on Tatooine, left without taking his compensation for this firing. An Obi-Wan that was, at the very least, an adult, lessened and lessened until the portrait became a child drowning in ridiculously long sized robes of the former mental picture. A child gripping a blaster, a kid losing milk tooth on a trench.

    or
When Anakin learns that Obi-Wan once left the Order to fight a war that wasn't his, he cannot help but compare himself with Obi-Wan about the reasons. He, also, considered leaving once upon a time, after all.

    Summary

After the end of the war with the Empire, Obi-Wan wakes up in his twelve-year old body. Now all he needs to do is convince everyone he's psychic, trick his Master into taking him on before he's sent to Bandomeer, redeem a few bad guys, and try not to have a nervous breakdown. Pretty easy. It's not like the Sith are lurking on the horizon, waiting to devour the Jedi Order.

    Summary

“What of Obi-Wan’s Jedi training? All of that lost. What would the boy become? Would he become a lost, neutral warrior for hire? Would he use the Force for darkness, like Qui-Gon’s old apprentice?”

Can one man's destiny still end up in the same place even if a different path is taken?

A major AU story taking place after Jedi Apprentice #3 and going through the prequels (Obi-Wan has no memories)

    Summary

This story takes place in a universe where it is not forbidden for the Jedi to love and raise a family. However, Jedi should only look for partners among each other, because the normal people don't have the Force as a protection when the Jedi is on missions and therefore Yoda's famous sentence applies again
(as seen further on in EP II - because Qui-Gon doesn't die and the Jedi meet a Sith much earlier):
"Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering."

    Summary

Obi-Wan was soaking wet. Raindrops dripped from his nose and eyebrows, and his cloak was as sodden as if he had jumped into the artificial river in the Temple gardens. He could barely see, and holding his hand in front of his eyes to shield them from the stinging rain didn't seem to be working. He sighed, knowing how far he had to walk. It was too much to hope that Qui-Gon would come looking for him...right?

It grew darker, and as the light waned, Obi-Wan's fear and apprehension multiplied. You can't do anything right! he berated himself again.

A bright light shone into his eyes from a distance away, and Obi-Wan watched it, half-blinded but mesmerised. It grew closer and closer, separating into two individual lights, and he didn’t realise until too late that a speeder was hurtling towards him. Frozen in shock, he could only scream, block off the bond between him and his master, and brace for the impact.

    It wasn’t bullying.

None of the other padawans hurt Obi-Wan Kenobi, or called him names. They were Jedi, after all, and knew better than to blatantly harm another living being.

    Summary

“Do I really have to go to this thing?” Fourteen year old Anakin Skywalker dramatically sighed. “It’s sooo boring!”

"Boring or not Anakin it’s important to your Jedi training to attend today’s event.” Obi_Wan answered.

“How is eating green cookies and listening to the same boring story year after year important to my training?” The boy countered.

Obi-Wan took a steadying breath, it seemed that ever since Anakin had turned fourteen he had transformed into a full blown teenager. Gone was the wide eyed boy who thought everything was “wizard” and instead his Padawan was an angst filled mess of hormones who challenged nearly everything that came out of Obi-Wan’s mouth.

“Because Padawan,” Obi-Wan emphasized the word ‘because’. “As Jedi there will be many times throughout your career where you’ll find yourself at these so called ‘boring’ events. You need to learn how to conduct yourself. It will help you learn patience.”

    Anakin rolled his eyes. “Fine.”

“Besides, you might even have a bit of fun.” Obi-Wan said, playfully poking Anakin’s ribs.

The Padawan, angrily pushed his hands away. “Doubtful.”
