With the amount of weight on the sled, and in part thanks to the iron rods on the bottom as well, they soared down the hill with the wind brushing past them in a cool breeze. Michael’s face scrunched up at first, a bit surprised at the odd sensation, but soon a full smile spread across the piglin child’s face as he squealed happily the entire way down.
Tubbo’s eyes lit up the moment he felt the wind on his face, pushing his long bangs out of the way as he watched their descent. He laughed a bit at the adrenaline and hint of nostalgia, he had almost forgotten what sledding felt like.
Ranboo thought he was going to die.

Tubbo searched for things to make Tommy feel better, and in the best-case scenario, possibly get Tommy to smile again. It has felt like forever since Tubbo has last seen his friend genuinely smile, hell the teen can't even manage a fake one at this point. In a way, Tubbo feels like he’s responsible for Tommy’s state, and so he feels like it’s up to him to fix it.

Logan scooped up some snow, carefully pressing it into something mildly sphere-shaped, then turning it in his hands and brushing away snow in an attempt to make his snowball perfectly round.
Satisfied with his attempt he raised it and then threw it as hard as he could, missing the tree he had aimed for by several feet but delighting in how it smashed against the fence all the same. He turned towards the porch, towards Virgil who was sitting there raising his hand to give him a thumbs up.
Logan waded through the foot and a half of snow, back towards Virgil. His fiancé was sipping on a cup of coffee, watching Logan experience snow for the first time with an expression of amusement.
"Having fun?" He teased, setting his cup down on a part of the table that was wiped from snow.

Summary
Most of the Balto stories are crap, so I decided to write one in hopes that it gives readers what they were hoping to read. This story obviously will take place in Nome, Alaska. Luko is a pure black female wolf-husky cross, yet looks much closer to the wolf due to her wolf like size, her larger paws, and her larger jaws. She is the sister to Balto, but no one knows due to her unusual color. She is a favorite of the town after saving a child from drowning after breaking the ice on a frozen lake; afterwards she was treated like part of everyone's family, and is often invited to spend the night in their homes.
She usually sleeps in one of the humans houses some nights, and other nights she stays on the porch of her Jenna's house due to them being best friends. She and Jenna are often pursued by an arrogant husky named Steele, who is quite interested in Luko, even though he apparently hates wolves. Join in the adventure of her brothers life, as well as the interesting twists in hers.
