Izuku becomes known as The Healer and The Helper, the name Useless left behind to almost everyone except himself. Izuku makes it his mission to help as many people as possible, even if he has to break himself apart to do it. -

When one is born, it is typical for that being to be the most important creature on Earth to the parents, and for Midoriya Izuku that was no different, his mama would do anything and everything for her darling son, even take a bullet, or to take her child's pain, and place it on her person, even when, at age four, her darling little boy was diagnosed quirkless, as if it was a disease, and the disaster struck. His father came back, hungry for the power Izuku could grant him considering his diagnoses was a lie in hopes that his mama would abandon him, for six months after the visit to the doctor, Izuku had copied an exact replica of his mama's quirk, leaving her just as quirked as she was before.

Basically Izuku is taken by his father (AFO) to be experimented on, in hopes that he may one day be able to copy and/or steal the completed version of OFA, but at age seven, All Might finds the boy, takes him to the hospitals where the HPSC take him into their custody to train him into becoming the top hero of Japan
