To say the least, this school year is not looking in his favor.(Or: Ranboo moves to a new town with new friends on the horizon, and a rich family that is more than happy to be the friendliest neighbors on the street, but their sweetness soon turns sickening when he finds out the secrets just behind closed doors.)

Being a young nurse was taking its toll and his adoptive father Phil starts to notice and so does his brother Techno who works as a surgeon and a night nurse for kids in the ICU with Niki being another nurse who helps him with his night shift.
