AU where Ruvik is hot, blonde, not burnt, a psychiatrist mostly but also took actual medical school. Basically he did medical school and psychiatry/psychology, so he's licensed in both. Leslie is a childhood friend and also his patient, hurts himself a lot, and hears voices one of which sounds like Ruvik...Seb met them and is a police officer, Joseph is police and Seb's husband, they have two girls, and Jess is a friend.
Juli probably won't be in this, but is married to Anna/Anni and has a black cat, and is also a police officer. She and her wife are friends with the two men as well as Jess; and yes, it's Ruvik instead of Reuben (Reuben is the voice).
