A slight nudge, the smallest change is all it takes. A different point of view. A change in conclusion.
And so, a new path is formed through time.
Oriko noticed this change take place as a vision of destruction from the massive witch, Walpurgisnacht, was replaced with one of hope, provided by the towering, tree-like structure she saw in her mind. The Library. Though this new vision would have its own issues, providing new tragedies and disasters the girl failed to see. Time and time again, as this new place was dragged through an unending loop. Something the occupants were all too familiar with.
As before, the situation repeated. The solution the same, even if Angela detested the idea of following yet another script. She would lead the Library though every loop to fulfill her desire. She would do what she must to become human. Even if she must act out her part in another play. Even if she must make herself the monster again to prevent another atrocity like the City.
Even if they both must drown in their sins, to prevent that Witch from appearing again. They will do what they must to save their home.
