Summary

Summary
For some time, conflict has been rumbling between the rival gangs throughout the region. When Hinata finds Kageyama bleeding to death in the alley behind Sakanoshita Store, the choice to save him turns his already tumultuous life upside down. Stuck with a sour assassin as the seeds of conflict are being sewn, Hinata and his fellow Crows fight for their own survival and the safety of their loved ones. The Crows take Kageyama under their wings, much to his chagrin and surprise, and as he and Hinata learn more about each other something new begins to blossom. Summary
Neglected and Abused, Hachiya Tobio had a poor start at life. The year before Junior High the police finally get involved and save him from his own parents. While they search for relatives for him to permanently stay with, social services place Tobio with the Kageyamas as a foster child. It’s only another heart break when—out of all his aunts and uncles—no one is willing to take him in. Thankfully however, the Kageyamas adopt him without a second thought, and for the first time Tobio finds out what it’s like to be loved. However, that isn't to say he doesn't still face any hardships. Life is better, not perfect.

Next thing he knew one of his caretakers were wrapping bandages around his arm while he sniffs trying to stop the snot running from his nose. “Don’t cry Shouyou, it’ll be okay.” She comforts getting done with the bandages pulling him into a hug. “Some kids just don’t understand your condition.”
Grabbing a tissue, she wipes the snot away from his nose. Hinata sniffs able to breathe better, he signs ‘Will I ever be adopted, or will adults not want me either?’
The caretaker gives a frown “Oh Shouyou of course you will. I know for sure there is someone who wants to be your parent.”

At first, Oikawa didn’t get it. Tobio loves volleyball—maybe even more than he loves himself. He doesn’t have real parents or a family, so volleyball and his team at Karasuno are the closest things to his heart. The only things he has that are his. So why would Tobio miss a practice match for no reason?
But then Oikawa understands: Asu-chan’s not Tobio’s, per se, but she’s the closest thing he’s come to truly loving.
