Summary
“And you think maybe you’re just really great friends with this guy, but then you start to think about how you can’t imagine what your life was really like before him, and you really don’t want to imagine what your life would be like without him.”
“Holy shit,” Buck breathes, nodding still. “Yeah, all of that. How’d you…”
“Have you considered that you may be bisexual, Buck?”
Buck turns back to TK, frowning. “No? I mean, maybe?” He groans and leans forward to set his coffee mug down before he throws himself back against the couch, running his hands down his face. “I guess I haven’t really tried to label it? It’s not something I really thought about before—”
“—Eddie?”
(Buck's struggling with his feelings, so he does the only logical thing to do: he drives 20 hours to Texas after a 24-hour shift by himself to seek out help from some new friends.)

Summary
Both Buck and Bobby are silent until the door closes to Bobby’s office, and then Buck blurts out, “I know it was wrong and hare-brained, okay? But Hen was down and TK’s dad was down and we just-” Bobby holds up a hand, and Buck stops talking, eyes wide and worried again.
“Did something happen between you and Eddie in Texas?”
Buck’s face twists into questioning confusion. “Um...what?”

Summary
Buck was tired. He was physically and emotionally exhausted, the short amount of time they had spent in Texas draining him of all his energy. He slumped in his seat on the firetruck, intent on sleeping through as much of the drive back as possible until it was his turn to drive. From the corner of his eye, he saw Eddie wave goodbye to the 126, a wide grin on his face, before the dark-haired man climbed into the truck and slumped into the seat facing his.
“Those guys are so fun! They were great to work with.” Eddie said cheerfully.
Buck hummed non-committedly, resting his head against the window as Hen took the first driving shift.
“What’s wrong? I thought you were getting on with TK and Mateo?”
“I did, they’re good guys. I’m just tired.” Buck replied dismissively, closing his eyes.
