Summary
Everything went bright. You blinked a few times and tried to get up, but your arms gave out under you. There was the thunder of helicopter blades over the top of you and ferocious yelling coming from both sides of you.
“Come on Lieutenant, let’s get you up,” Commander Weston’s voice came again, another blast to your left, you shielded yourself, “Get up girlie, it’s just a flesh wound, we gotta get outta here.” You tried getting up again only to find that your legs were pinned under heavy debris, squinting you realized what it was you were pinned under, a Military Humvee. A blast sent dust and shrapnel flying at you as you tried to free yourself from the wrecked vehicle.
“Come on, (Y/N), they’re getting closer ge—,” Weston was cut off by a barrage of bullets. You watched as he dropped to he knees, you screamed and out of the dust came a figure. The figure grabbed Weston’s head from behind and with a sharp movement, there was a snapping of bones and it was done.
You remembered it different every time, and every time there was a new detail. Every time you were one step closer to putting together the missing pieces, one step closer to solving the puzzle.

My first ever chaptered fic.. I’m really nervous to release it! Basically, It’s an AU in which everyone has wings and you have a shape on your body somewhere that matches with your soulmate. Soulmate pairs are rare as hell and most people just ignore them.Basically, something changed the color of Tony’s wings to black, which has a negative connotation. The fic covers his life and different points of it... I’m not great at descriptions but let’s go!

He was in nothing but a white undergarment, and there was a chained bracelet on his right wrist. He was shaking profusely out of fear, like a tree in the mists of a tornado. The kid held his trembling arms up in front of his face, blocking it from the barrel of Daisy’s assault rifle.

The Avengers warm to her swiftly, Stark finds her mutation fascinating - but the X Men are her family and believe she's in danger if she's out of their sight. So the battle over Ashley begins.
And then, there's Steve.
(This fanfic ties into my other story - Assassin in Asgard, and will run alongside a new story 'Assassin in HYDRA'. Ashley is Christie's sister. Feel free to give those other books a read because they will be running alongside each other eventually!)
