So dumb he’s able to hear the souls of the dragons he’s killed. While trying to find his way home to a place he doesn’t remember exists, he must complete a side quest of being the Dragonborn.

Following the destruction of the ring and the collapse of Sauron's army, Orbur is an Uruk-Hai driven past the edges of Mordor into the fringes of the East not only to escape the men who would hunt him down, but the Mordor orcs who harbour a deep hate for their mongrel brothers.
Scrounging for scraps and hunting on his own, the day Orbur hears the sound of a human voice echoing through the fringes of Mordor is the day he believes he will finally eat his fill of man-flesh once more.
