    Summary

What happens when a Loyalist Circle Mage, raised to exude poise and elegance, recruits the services of mercenary band, featuring one Tal-Vasoth Mercenary with a proclivity for Necromancy and punching people in the face?

Mesara Trevelyan wasn't certain what she was expecting when her fellow mages hired the Frostblades to protect them on the way to the Conclave, but Damaia Adaar certainly was not it. No more than she expected the Qunari mage to almost instantly attach and "adopt" her as another stray in their merry band. Miraculously, they make it to Haven, just in time to see all hell break loose.... Literally.

Cullen wasn't always Commander Cullen... once... he was a just a gangling boy growing up in Honnleath. He had friends... best friends... and like so many other things in his past, he'd come to regret how that too ended... everything ended when the circle fell... and it haunts him still, like everything about that wretched place does. But things have a way of coming back around... as the saying goes.

    Summary

Anyone not familiar with the great legends of Thedas is either deaf, daft, or delusional. The famous Warden, hero of Fereldan, the Champion of Kirkwall, savior of the Free Marches, and as the world is once again tossed into a destructive abyss, the great Inquisition forms to heed the cry for reparations. Yet, what about those who are not destined to confront the chaos head on? The unlucky bystanders who are just as equally ensnared by the turmoil but not placed at the fore of it all, instead forced to ride on the edge of ruination as they attempt to not fall completely beneath the mayhem?

A fanciful compilation of adventures forced upon and endured by an Elven Templar and Qunari Mage. Beginning just before the Rebellion, it will follow their path as events unfold around them. Some Canon Characters will make brief appearances, but the story is largely focused upon background plots that may or may not have an impact on history.
