Summary
Niwen is ailing, an ancient land succumbing to the Decay with the certainty of the sun's passage. The colossal waterwheels of the Wellspring lay unmoving as it rots beneath its weight; a once-vibrant world lays reduced to a wasteland of biting dust and greedy sludge, choking out the petrified remains of what once was; the Light of the Spirit Willow is fading, split apart into Wisps and starved for new life. Its inhabitants have grown jaded and fearful, spirits from all across the world fight for a prize whose consequences are more dire than they ever imagined, and the Herald of Decay stands poised to cut them all down.
Ori and Ku knew none of this when they took flight to the east. Neither did Naru and Gumo, nor the several spirits who followed after them. Now stranded in this strange and perilous land, all they want is to flee its dangers and find their way home before it consumes them outright. Niwen itself is a few steps short of becoming doomed - everyone knows it deep in their hearts - but as the Children of Nibel fight for their lives, they discover that there are things within that can still be saved...

someday after work, Kuugo found a baby in front of his front door. he tried to search baby origin but not found then he decides to take care of him. but something happens after the baby touches him. at first, he found it was cute since the baby like him and slowly after together Kuugo was finally accepted the baby as his own son and named him Sakamata Kira.
years later as Kira's quirk begin development and it was the same as him it is kinda curious since Kuugo sure never has any relationship with someone. but his 'son' also has another quirk call "light-bringer" basically it allows him to manipulate light into any shape such as blade, bow, and more. but the true explanation about his quirk was actually unknown, still, Kuugo was happy about him.
he teaches Kira how to use his quirk properly, also basic QEC training, and of course, the young Kira wish to be a hero like his father.
but unknown to them and the world if Kira actually was reincarnated of the legendary guardian who was forgotten by time and mankind.
