So here's the thing: Lazarous Pit amplifies all of a person's worst character traits. In Ra’s case, it was his being disturbing as fuck. In Jason's, it amplified the anger.
Jason had always been angry. Now it was a thousand times worse. He longed to tear the world apart, burn it and see his enemies scream into the flames and writhe in pain.
Maybe a bit of a dramatic image, but Jason had always been a bit of the theater kid.
Less well-known was that it also amplified the traits of the secondary genre. And it would have been fine if Jason was an alpha. Unfortunately, Jason was an omega.
And when he entered the Titan Tower to teach Replacement a lesson, he froze.
Jason smelled the scent of an omega in heat, and his instinct screamed protect the cub!

When Bruce was still with the League of Shadows, he had the habit of breastfeeding Damian whenever he started crying. It was the only experience the Omega had with consolidating children. Coupled with the trauma of losing him, it stuck. In the end, four Robins (plus one lucky Kryptonian) suffered.
(Bruce gives the worst hugs ever. Robins are embarrassed. Clark wants to be smothered by his best friend's chest, he just doesn't know it yet.)
