Ash is a model at an agency owned by Dino Golzine, and he's accepted his role as the star—including everything that comes with. But when Eiji comes on as a contract photographer, suddenly Ash isn't quite as afraid to be in front of the camera. Of course, Ash has come a long way since then.

He's come a long, long way, in some regards.
Dino steps out onto the set, cold eyes already focused on Ash, and Ash's blood turns to ice.

Dino puts a hand on Ash's shoulder, and Ash stares at the same cracks in the floor that he memorized years ago.

He needs closure, or clarity, one of the two, and goes back to New York to see the crew. Basically, this is my take on if Ash lived, what realistically could have happened.
