Summary
An Arranged Marriage to the Fire Lord's oldest child isn't what Sokka wanted in life, but he figures he can put it off until he can't anymore. If only his soon to be brother-in-law would stop giving him gifts.
-
Zuko is now apparently engaged. Great. Even better, it's to someone that hates his guts. If only his fiancé would stop rejecting his courting methods.
-
Ozai is glad to finally be rid of his son. Shipping him off to Chief Hakoda's oldest child made sure he'll be out of his hair. It's only a bonus the wife-to-be is a waterbender.
-
Hakoda is guilty, he can't believe he sold off his son to some Fire Nation princess for peace. He doubts Sokka can even look him in the eyes anymore.
-
Aang and Katara are confused. Why is everyone acting so weird, and why is Zuko not trying to capture Aang? Is that a gift?!
-
Ursa will not allow her son to go through the same pain she did. The question is who to pick off before the wedding? Her ex-husband or the spouse-to-be? -

Summary
Spirits are interesting things, they tend to make impulsive decisions. So whoever put them in charge of soulmates needs to check their priorities. (Sokka and Zuko think so a least.) When a spirit chooses soulmates they take some of themselves and put them into those people, and they’re souls will long for the other person, wanting to be complete again. And when the pair make eye contact for the first time they almost enter a trance, they can basically see they’re souls connecting. So this definitely causes some chaos when Sokka and Zuko meet.

Summary
Sokka takes a strategic step back, but he also smiles: triumphant, like he baited Zuko into exactly what he wanted. Like it’s a challenge. It’s the same way he looked when they sized each other up at the prison, with Sokka in chains that left red marks around his wrist, in tattered prison garb, malnourished and angry. Back then, that was Sokka saying: I see your power. I see you. Now, see me.
Zuko saw him then. And he sees him now; different, but the same. I see you.
Zuko lights his daos in flame. Sokka grins, back to gravel and heat. “Come on, Fire Lord. Impress me.”
Zuko burns. His vision flickers with fire. His heart races. His blood sings. His body is like a magnet, pulling ever onward to meet Sokka’s. He advances.
He pins Sokka to the wall, blades against his throat.
Or, Zuko found Aang first, Sokka and Katara were imprisoned in Boiling Rock for trying to rescue their dad, and all Sokka knows is he's pretty sure he's not supposed to think the Fire Lord is attractive but he's never let things like rules stop him before.

Summary
Follows Zuko's journey as he tries to integrate into to gaang starting with the Western Air Temple. Stayed very loyal to the show timeline with some obvious embellishments. This is a precursor to my later series with lots of relationship details that might be helpful for my later series when Zukka is full force!

"She slid the door open and pushed him inside. The cell was dark, lit only by the opening on the door. Before Sokka could take in his surroundings, he heard the shuffling of bedsheets and turned around reflexively.
In front of him were two golden eyes, and a face half-covered by a scar."

Summary
It wasn’t something that Zuko had experience with. His family wasn’t one to be seen doing something considered for peasants only. Anything short of a well known chief cooking for them was considered not fitting of a Fire Nation Royal.

Summary
As the Fire Nation prepares for the annual Trade Summit five years after the Hundred Year Way, Suki, head of the Kyoshi Warriors and personal guard to the Fire Lord, makes an interesting discovery. How will this affect Zuko's relationship with Master Katara? And will it be enough to convince the Avatar that his relationship with the waterbender has long been over?

Summary
"Sokka" Zuko spoke, garnering the tribesman's attention.
"Fire Lord Zuko," Sokka said, lowering his gaze to avoid Zuko's eyes, "you look well," Zuko felt so small.
Sokka spoke mechanically, rehearsed, like the conversation was strained and the six words were something he might choke on.
It dawned on him.
Zuko was alone, not even Hakoda was here to defend him from the carnivorous harpies, it was just him. His hands shook, lips trembled, but he did his best to show face. His smile disappeared, his warmth dying like the last coals on a hearth, and Zuko felt cold.
He hated the cold.

Ursa had known from even before Azula was born that she would possess great power. She also knew the danger of letting a child with those gifts grow up near Ozai. She knew what he would do to wield that power for his own use. Ursa had to protect her children from Ozai's wrath. She flees to the one place she know they'll be safe... home.
Zuko and Azula get to grow up in a loving and caring environment, away from the cruelty of the Fire Nation, along side Sokka and Katara. These kids get to be just that, kids with all the love and support they need. That is until the war causes for their parents to have to leave home in order to keep them safe.
They were on their own, protecting the village for two-and-a-half years, then everything changed when the Avatar returned. -

Summary
“It was kind of disappointing how quickly Zuko adjusted to Bow and Glimmer’s antics. Though he did have the experience of dealing with Aang and the others. At least with these two he didn’t have to worry about a power hungry dictator trying to take over the entire world. Oh wait…”
Or, Zuko is transferred into the She-Ra universe and helps to push character arcs along much faster and manages to earn the respect and devotion of everyone he meets but still claims to be sub-par. Though, his new friends might not agree with that.

In the end, though, she walks away with more than she expected as well.
