Summary
Ruby Rose is a teenage girl with aspirations of one day becoming a huntress -- the warriors who bravely fight against the forces of Grimm, monsters bent on destroying both human and faunus -- like her late mother before her. One day her wish is granted, and she is enrolled in the prestigious Beacon Academy, a training school for huntresses and huntsmen alike, alongside her sister, Yang Xiao Long -- however, her dream may not be all it appears, as she struggles with less-than-understanding teammates, the weight of responsibility, her own insecurities, and the grief of losing her mother... all that, as well as a dark plot forming in the shadows, one that threatens to topple everything and throw the world into chaos.
RWBY REMX is a rewrite of the RWBY web series created by Rooster Teeth, intending to realize its untapped potential and build upon the foundation it built through alterations to characterization and plot, while still maintaining the feel of RWBY.

This is a collection of works I have created as part of a writing challenge starting in November 2021. The challenge was essentially that if any art posted to the r/RWBY subreddit inspired me, or was particularly different from canon, I would write something about it. Not all of them are part of this, but most of them will be posted to this work. Ages are whatever they need to be for things to make sense. Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiao Long stand together to face down the catalyst of their nightmares, Adam Taurus. But instead of the undignified and bloody end he's destined to receive, he is rendered unconscious by the duo. Vulnerable and defeated, they could end his life or leave him to suffer in the serene cold of Argus. Instead, they bring him to the Kingdom of Atlas inadvertently spawning a whole new dilemma for the team and for Adam himself. From that dilemma spawns a plan. From that plan spawns an agreement. And from that agreement spawns.. a chance.
This fic intends to cover, at the very least, the events of Volumes 7 and 8. A decision will be made on continuing into Volume 9 onwards once the applicable Volumes are released.

But when a figure from days long past arrives revealing hidden truths about her family Yang will have to find the strength to pick herself up to piece her family back together again.
Pyrrha Nikos is alone, despite coming to Beacon to connect with others she feels more alone than ever. With the Vytal Festival approaching the Invincible Girl will have to decide what matters more: Her career and future as a huntress, or her team

Meanwhile Weiss, wanting to help Ruby, discovers a dark conspiracy in Atlas and fights against with help from other friends.
Blake aims to take down the White Fang alone and make Adam pay for what he has done.
Yang struggles with the loss of her arm, her feelings towards her friends and her family, and her mother.
And Ozpin awakens to find an evil man he thought long dead.
All the while a man from Cinder's past returns to stop her and Salem's newest pawn rises.
The fate of these young warriors' battles could decide Remnant's destiny.

Ruby, along with the rest of her squad, thought that this will be the perfect chance to capture Torchwick and hopefully put an end to his operations.
But as it turns out, this particular arms deal has more to it than meets the eye, and Ruby soon found herself thrust into a world that is not only dangerous but just plain deranged...
