Summary
You and Sabrina get caught trying to rob a bank. Since this wasn't your first crime and you're both known runaways, the prosecutor tries to finally put you behind bars. That is until a mysterious lady talks the judge to sending you to her academy. Miss Spellman is not unknown to Sabrina and you soon find out that Sabrina might have had good reasons to run away from her aunt. But somehow you feel attracted to your friend's aunt.
There is no witchcraft, no powers, except the domineering aura of Zelda, who is in charge of the girls at the academy. She isn't one to hesitate when it comes to physical punishments and has a strict set of rules, that the girls keep breaking.
Even though most of the girls are over 18, they have to stay until they're 25 or proven to be capable of behaving properly. They find comfort in the Directrix sister Hilda, who cooks for everyone in the academy. Everyone's favourite teacher is Miss Wardwell.
A different problem is the Academy for young men lead by Faustus Blackwood. Illegal meetings and parties at midnight mean harsh consequences, but they haven't stopped any of the pleasentries the young adults allow themselves when they aren't under observation.

Summary
Trails of Cold Steel 1 AU. An older and more experienced Class VII meet under the auspices of a more demanding and militarized Thors. Prince Olivert being even better at political machinations, a Third Way movement which becomes legitimately powerful. But with Osborne and Ourobouros around, it will only result in the antagonists taking out the big guns earlier.
The story has spoilers for all Kiseki games (Sky and Zero) up to Cold Steel 3. Includes more military themes, more politics, more character backgrounds and a breakdown of Kiseki orbal arts and martial arts. There's also additional worldbuilding on top of the already extensive canon lore.
In other words: plot first, character development and worldbuilding second, romance third.
