Peter Parker has been having a hard time since his uncle died, and at the moment, the only thing keeping him afloat is Spider-Man and his Stark internship. However, things are not as steady as Peter might have hoped for and he begins to realise that he can't cope on his own forever. And, luckily, his mentor, Tony Stark, is of the exact same opinion.
