You have suddenly become trapped in the middle of nowhere surrounded by lethal centuries old toddlers. Well, most of them are lethal.

This work is specifically used to express and release the intrusive, unwanted, and sometimes depressing thoughts that swirl in my head endlessly. Most of the chapters in this work are not nice. They're not all fluffy. They're me venting about political BS I have no control over, writing down my fears and emotional distress when it comes to life changing events like surgeries and death of loved ones, getting rid of the desire to kill myself, by killing or maiming myself in a safe media format that's NOT my body.
Yes, I do show my therapist this specific work of mine. We talk about it in sessions. It's a part of my cognitive reassessment process and has made it easier for me to recognize when I'm lingering on not-so-healthy-things and is hurting me to hold these thoughts in my head.
In Regards to chapter 8 ... SS-shitstorm is awesome and I wanted to keep the positive feelings going for a while so request fluff all ya want here. Help me teach my brain to be happy.
