It’s no surprise that everyone expects greatness from James S. Potter-Black and Harry R. Potter-Black; the boys who (for Harry's disgust and James' general delight) live in the public eye, for being nothing less than Heirs to the Most Noble and Ancient House of Black, and the Noble Potter Family.
Harry knows that they can't ever let those expectations stop them from living their own lives. James also knows this, but he really couldn't care less about their faces being on the Daily Prophet's front page almost every Monday; because if anything, he sees it as an opportunity to make Draco Malfoy (his childhood “friend”) notice him.
Why? Easy. Because James Sirius Potter-Black is maddeningly in love with Draco Malfoy. And that's a very problematic thing, because Draco Malfoy hates him (he doesn't, so it's not).
You could say this is the one where a Gryffindor sunshine boy and a Slytherin star boy are helplessly in love with each other, and they're both temporarily in denial, for their own foolish assumptions. You know, where the Star craves to have the Sun, who he thinks isn't his, and the Sun is too busy staring at the Star to ever want or notice anyone other.
How lovely is that history repeats itself.

Draco Malfoy is turned into a vampire for not following orders. Lucius Malfoy, Draco's Father, is ashamed for having a Vampire in the Malfoy family. He then decides to kick Draco out of their house. Narcissa Malfoy, Draco's Mother, is absolutely devastated and has Draco continue at Hogwarts, so that Draco can have a place to stay.
Meanwhile Harry Potter, the savior of the wizarding world, is stuck at his muggle Aunt and Uncle's home. He cooks, he cleans, he takes daily beatings from his Uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia, and his cousin Dudley. Not to mention that they starve him. Everyday, at 3:45 pm, Harry washes the dishes for the day. At exactly 4:00 o'clock pm, Harry Potter has to duck his head from a frying pan his Aunt swings at him. But what happens if she ends hitting him one day? What happens after they get to Hogwarts? What happens if Voldemort captures Harry? What happens if Harry defeats Voldemort? What happens if he doesn’t?

Ginny went off to be a Quidditch player for the Harpies, Neville is apprenticing as the Herbology Professor at Hogwarts, and Luna has spent the last few years traveling the world for unique (and sometimes undocumented) magical creatures. But, she's home now, and Neville needs her to do something for him, something very important.
While Neville is gone, someone needs to spend time with his mother, at St. Mungo's.
