While her leader continued to struggle with her new outfit, Lui thought about the last few hours that had led to this. Laplus had come to their apartment all of a sudden, knocking frantically and clearly out of breath when she had opened the door. When she and Chloe had asked what was wrong, the chained-girl's response was to hold out two different kimonos and ask them which would look better for asking someone on a date.
Chloe left not long after as the executive officer of HoloX had to sit through her friend's explanation. It annoyed Lui a bit that the orca-girl had simply abandoned them, but had quickly forgiven her due to her still dealing with the death of her grandmother. She probably didn't need more stress in her life currently, especially if she was going to continue streaming.
Her lewd mind probably would have made things awkward, anyway, considering Laplus was looking for help confessing her feelings to Towa.

Sakamata Chloe and Shirogane Noel live different lives; Chloe as a pauper working as a seamstress to pay off her mother’s debt and Noel as a princess, carrying out the responsibility of it like marrying off a queen to make the economy good once again; While their lifestyle are vastly different, that doesn’t mean that their feelings are also different.
Chloe wants to be free from all of her debt and the abuse that she had been used to, and to start her career as a musician, and go out and see the world.
While Noel knows that it’s for the good of her own people and certainly won’t trade her royalty, especially in times where the economy is worse than ever; But, she sometimes wishes to choose on staying with Flare, and without the responsibility of being a princess.
They also look the same, with a few key differences like their eyes for example.
And so, when they met, and found out about their experiences, they became fast friends, however, that didn't really last.
Apparently, the next day, Noel ran away to get her freedom, and Chloe got asked by Flare to pose as her to trick the advisor, Laplus Darkness's, to let out her location by accident.
