“Why are you laughing at me?!” Sara demanded, blushing again – it was starting to become endearing, this earnest bumbling once-general trying her best. Less annoying, more charming instead.
“I only had my brothers growing up,” Sara explained, waving her hands, “I didn't get much chance to make friends so -”
“N-No,” Ayaka laughed, shaking her head, “I didn't mean to laugh, it's just a little unexpected is all. But it's... charming.”
“Charming,” Sara said, looking like she was seconds away from flipping the board over and storming away in an embarrassed huff.

But the truth is that Ayato's heart belongs to someone already. You know what taking Visions is like, little creature?” She leans down and snatches one of the gold coins the bake-danuki have in their tiny paws. They start screeching indignantly. “Like that.
