Yusuf looks at him. “That wasn’t a question.”
Nicolo’s fist closes around the ribbon. “Why did you let him tie you up,” he clarifies.
“Because I like it,” Yusuf says simply. “It makes me feel good. It’s not something that I always want, but I haven’t been able to in some time, and if I go too long without it I get restless.”
Nicolo nods, before pausing. “He could have hurt you, though.”
Yusuf grins, “Sometimes that’s the point.”
“No, Yusuf,” Nicolo interrupts, dropping the ribbon on the bed. “He could have hurt you. What if he found out you cannot die whilst he- and he used that information against you?”

"Yeah," Booker mutters, apropos of nothing, palm breaking the loose hold he's had on Joe's throat since Nicky first twisted into position beneath them.
Now, he widens his stance behind Joe to snare their knees together, and sweeps it down his stomach, pressing on the patch of skin just below his belly button, as if he could conceivably feel them there. His other palm curls around the obscene cut of Joe's hip bone, scritching blunt nails through thick hair and enjoying the minute trembles each drag across sensitive skin elicits.

They bathed together in a lazy haze, curls of steam drawing forth the blowsy scent of lavender oil. Nicky’s hair was longer than it had been in…hmm. Joe tried to marshal his thoughts, molasses-thick in the delicious indolence of complete relaxation. Well, it had been a good while since it last reached halfway down the broad spread of his back.
He stroked over the gentle slope of Nicky’s tummy, testing the resilience of skin dusted with wiry dark hair. Yes, his love was strong and sturdy, but he was soft too. Burying his nose in the side of Nicky’s neck, he chased the essence of Nicolò under the floral sweetness of the bath oils. It was there, though barely detectable.
