Summary
After the events of act 3 Piltover is left in shambles, with the attack on the council sparking violent outbreaks between the enforcers and the people of the newly formed nation of Zaun. The conflict forces Vi and Caitlyn on to opposite sides, tearing their blossoming relationship to shreds. Will these two women of war be able to cross the divide, and pull this crumbling city up from the ashes.

Summary
Caitlyn Kiramman is an instructor, principal dancer, and on the board of shareholders of Piltover School of Dance, a renowned dance academy owned by her parents. The first sob sneaks out as Caitlyn glances back to the smoldering in the distance. “My mum,” she croaks.

++They say it is human nature to seek power. And nature abhors a vacuum.++
Jinx actions have created two power vacuums, and there are factions on both sides of the river eager to seize the reins for their own reasons. The Chembarons each eye Silco's empty throne and, ignorant of the deal he struck with Jayce, see no need to play by the rules. Meanwhile powerful outsiders in Piltover find themselves in control of one of the few effective fighting forces in the city, and see a path to creating a new council more willing to grant their requests.
With forces from above and below eager to trample them the common folk of the Lanes, as well as Piltover, need someone in their corner. With the prospect of peace and equal representation slipping away our champions are going to need to band together to avert another catastrophe. But as anyone can tell you- oil and water don't mix...

"A split second could last a long time. A few seconds could fit an eternity. Then and there, Vi had time on her side. In those seconds, she had successfully taken apart the ropes that bound her to the chair and sped up towards the edge of the cliff,
Jinx was just a second or two too slow. How pulling the trigger could have taken sweet sweet time, no one could be too sure how, but that had been more than enough time for Vi to pull her sister from behind, sending the two sisters tumbling back down onto the ruins of the play party."
Vi manages to stop JInx from shooting the canon, Jinx takes out her frustrations on Vi and Vi makes a promise not to turn Jinx in.
Maybe even when peace will depend on it.

*Set After Act III*
“I’m not paranoid! I’m... we’re from below. You know everyone is out to get us. Topsiders and even people from the undercity. They always have been. Every one of them!” Jinx shouts. She's trying to focus, but the whispers are getting louder and the shadows are creeping back in.
“I had to be stronger to survive. I had to be strong enough to do it on my own. You weren’t there and I... had to be better. Better for Silco. Good enough to help him. He was the only one there and he didn’t have anyone else. He needed me and I had to be good enough not to get in the way,” Jinx tries to scream, but her throat croaks out the words instead. Vi’s eyes soften.
“So let me be there for you now that he’s gone. Let me help you chase the monsters away just one more time,” Vi offers, holding her hand out. Jinx looks away. Chains are rattling around the room and she wants to scream at them to stop. She wants Vi to fight back.
She needs so badly for her to fight back.

The blue pill lays on my hand, dry and dull as well some of its dust on my fingers. I’ve been staring at the imprint for a while; “2101” on one side, and a “V” on the other. It’s a coin determining life and death, depending on how you use it, but still, looking at them crawled together inside the paper bag, they could pass as just colorful candies for agitated children.
“Caitlyn, since you are so passionate about making Violet work in the baking competition, why don’t you sign as a pair?”
