Summary

Summary
Total solar eclipses occur once in a blue moon, but it was said that when they do, there was a chance for a soul, with strong lingering ties to the living world, to return for a short period. It was a sort of gift from the heavens above, a short second chance, or so the legend says. It can't be determined whether such a tale was just a myth fabricated on a whim, or had truth to it. With no evidence, the cultivation world treated it as just another story that survived the test of time.
Jiang Cheng did not think much about such things, nor did he believe it. In some twisted joke created by fate, he turned the corner of the garden, only to face the ghostly silhouette of his beloved long lost sister, Jiang Yanli.
"A-Cheng?" She turned around as she spoke, and her beautiful smile blossomed on her face.
Jiang Cheng felt his world collapse around him.
Or… Jiang Yanli’s (and Jin Zixuan’s) spirit returns to the living world in an attempt to help piece her broken family together.
