    Summary

Norok has lived in isolation her whole life, raised by fanatics who still wish to worship dragons. With whispers of Civil War, and the prophecy spoken about in rapture around her village, the elders have decided it's time for her to go to Skyrim, but not to slay the World Water. Knowing that she is Dovahkiin and a direct descendant of a Dragon Priest, she accepts this quest so she (and her younger sister) can finally escape the clutches of the Dragon Cult and live a normal life.

Or- our hero starts the main quest only to realize that she will eventually have to kill a dragon (or twenty) and promptly nopes her way out to find her own path.

    Summary

Dragons have returned. Vampires are emerging from the darkness. It seems to be a race between fire and blood which will engulf Skyrim first.

Casavir is a Paladin, a holy knight sworn to uphold truth, justice and the cause of light. Akatosh, for whatever reasons seem best, has granted him the power to defeat dragons... and the burden of facing the World-Eater, the arch-dragon Alduin himself. It is a task he feels is too great for him.

Lia carries the secrets of the Blades. Brilliant but fragile, she is no great mage or warrior or even scholar, only a former bureaucrat burdened with the sins of her family's past. But she is Casavir's surest hope of victory.

One prophecy or two: the end of the world is the end of the world. Only these two, and a select handful of allies, can be sure of saving it.

"It's true, I cannot lift a sword in my own defense, let alone others." The grin on the bard's face only widened. "Yet one's own voice can be far more deadly if used in the right manner, or far more inspirational. Why lift a single sword with my arm when I can rouse a hundred more with words alone?" A story about the true power of a single Voice.

Aka; Nobody is here to stop me, and my GF certainly isn't.

THIS IS NOT EXACTLY THE MOST CANON-COMPLIANT FIC AND YOU'LL SEE THAT REAL EARLY. Like actually Do Not Read This if you care at all about Skyrim. (This is coming from someone who likes Skyrim. You're going to hate this.)

This is me playing around with story beats, character personalities, character arcs, and just general stylistic choices. Do not read this if you want to read a Serious Skyrim fic, or subscribe to me/comment on the first chapter and I'll try to remember to let you know when My /serious/ Skyrim fic comes out. Because I have one in the works, and I'm actually working really hard on it. Fuck- read my Storyteller and then wait for the Skyrim arc when that comes out in 1,000 years. That'd be easier than reading this.

Also, lovingly, fuck Skyrim lore. <3 Hate the sin love the sinner, amiright?

Read SoBeIt123's Relentless if you want way better writing and thought put into it. (SoBeIt123, if you're reading this, I wouldn't recommend reading this if you want to have any respect for me- you can just open it for the foreword dedicated to you, I would actually recommend that.)

    Summary

Sadie was a fairly normal person, but it wasn't like people saw her. Even with her colored hair and odd fashion choices, she still just blended into the background of the busy Los Angeles streets. After some life events, she rarely left her small apartment, mostly working from home and choosing to spend her free time reading or playing some video games. But things were about to change when she finds she's won a ticket to a week-long renaissance festival out of town. Excited for an escape and to attend a new event, she packed everything she owned and was ready for a make-believe adventure with fellow role-playing fanatics. This was looking like a much-needed vacation from her everyday life. But in a world where magic is the stuff of fairy tales and movies, it's impossible for her to rationalize the seemingly random and traumatic turn of events that she's thrust into. Stuck in a savage new world, yet one so strangely familiar, she must find a way to survive, her only chance of hope lies in a mysterious crimson-eyed man whose past is filled with just as many blanks as her own memory.

    Summary

Inspired partly by the Hero series, by ScriptrixDraconum, this is a tale about a woman getting trapped in Skyrim, with no knowledge of the world that she finds herself in.

In a timeline different from our own, where the Elder Scrolls series does not exist, Chilali Micheals is completely lost when thrust into the world of Nirn. Chi was a studious and somewhat snarky girl, only occasionally privy to flights of fancy. She never had lofty goals and certainly never imagined being a “hero.”

Gelunok is a lonely orc who never saw himself as anyone important. Voiceless, alone and outcast, shunned by his own kind and living in the wilderness... He never imagined the future holding much for him.

But as the days pass, the two would learn that fate can change your life in an instant. If either of them had known that just one day could change their lives forever, they would have just stayed in bed.

TLDR: An anxious yet rather opinionated American nerd becomes an unlikely companion to an outcast orc. This story is the first in a series of adventures that these two find themselves in. Lots of new experiences are abound for this duo. Fate will have interesting plans, indeed.

    Summary

This is an experimental narration of my personal (modded) Skyrim adventure. It's an ongoing work with sporadic updates due to work and health constraints. It's told from the perspective of a Redguard from Hammerfell named Tristan Graves, who happens to be a bard on his way to the college at Solitude. His close friend and fellow bard Lore went on ahead of him, but turned back and warned him not to attempt the trip. But our protagonist is not one who is in the habit of listening to warnings. Upon crossing the border into Skyrim from Cyrodiil, he finds himself caught in a major skirmish between two warring factions, falsely accused, arrested, and sentenced to death. Seeing no way out of his predicament, he had all but given up hope until fate intervened...

    Summary

When Alva Berg and Tamsyn Ashworth wake up in wet and cold mountains, far from home, they must band together to survive. Trying to find out where they are isn't easy, however, especially since it looks like they could be anywhere. There's a lack of power lines in the area, and the presence of some very distinct geographical features that they're pretty sure only exist in a certain game makes them question everything they ever believed to be true.

Will they survive the dangers of Skyrim or fall prey to the natives? Are they somehow in the game, or is Nirn real? Are they even real? Cue an unholy mix of travel by foot, sights they never expected to see, diseases that they have no protection against and the unintentional unleashing of a plague. In amidst the occasional existential crises and a disturbing interest shown in them by various Daedric Lords.

Fortunately neither of them is the Last Dragonborn. But what are they, exactly, and is their true nature to blame for them being there? Read and find out.

    Summary

Rhiannon's only concern is traveling around the province to finish her book before she's forced to return to Cyrodiil. She has no interest in getting involved in the war. But an unpleasant encounter in a garden leads to the beginnings of an unlikely romance, and so unfolds the saga of an even unlikelier Dragonborn and her companions as they hurtle towards the end of the world.

    Skyrim needs a hero.

What it gets, is a healer.

Lucien Draconis, heir to a famed Cyrodilic shipping and trading business, attempts to avoid his duties by enlisting in the Imperial army. During a visit to an old friend in Bruma, however, he finds himself in Skyrim a bit sooner than expected, and definitely not in the way he would have liked.

Even when he gets used to the fact that he is apparently Dovahkiin, he soon learns that he is not the only one trying to "save the world," and the other has a /very/ different methodology.
