Summary
Nearly five years have passed since Alucard's slumber was unexpectedly interrupted, and he's doing... Surprisingly alright. He has a nice little house with a courtyard. His herb garden is flourishing. The Belmonts' young children adore him. As much as he never would have expected to find himself in this position, he can honestly say that for the first time in a long time, he's happy.
It seems the same cannot be said for the demon who drunkenly bangs on his door one night. Yet regardless of whether they're expected or not, Alucard will never leave a friend to suffer through grief alone.

Summary
Sypha awakens from a cyclops’ petrification spell and finds that the world is suddenly worse off than she remembers. Her original mission to thin Dracula's forces has gone awry in the worst way possible, and she now has to travel with two men who she isn’t sure she can trust. But revenge is a good motivator, and she will stop at nothing to face Dracula’s hordes and the darkness lurking within mankind. Coming out the other side unscathed is easier said than done, but perhaps having help picking up the pieces isn't so bad.
A retelling of the events of Castlevania 3: Dracula’s Curse from Sypha’s perspective. Please note that this work contains my own personal headcanons and sprinklings of Eastern Orthodoxy and Romanian folklore. “It was yours,” the uncouth man said smugly, “now it’s mine. Well, unless you want to come retrieve it?” The Belmont suggested with an edge of sensuality, as he popped it into this mouth and puckered in a slight kiss.
Really? You are going to steal my food and then mock me? Adrian thought with irritation. “Listen, I don’t know who you think you are, but you—” Unbelievably, that tanned hand reached out again for his chips. That was IT.

Titled after the Within Temptation song.
Sequel to "Before The Dawn" and "Evergreen" (in that order). Trevor canonically wore an eyepatch for a while after Dracula's Curse and earned his eye scar sometime during that battle. The rest of the stuff in this is a mix of headcanon and random tidbits from other games in the series.

*This incorporates elements from the new animated series, but is primarily based on what we know from the games. For anyone unfamiliar with the videogame franchise canon, the first 'Chapter' is just a quick cliffnotes to catch you up to speed.
