He looked like he would have if his quirk didn't decide to burn him alive, he looked... normal. Dabi makes a promise to himself at that moment. He would not go down the same route in this world. He's not a villain, he'd stop trying to gain his father's approval. He just didn't care anymore. Endeavor didn't deserve his effort. In this second chance as Touya Watanabe, he would live for himself and create his own happiness. This was his new beginning. Touya Watanabe was a normal civilian.

Todoroki Rei is a fragile woman.
Or at least, that’s what they'd tell you. That's what her husband thinks, of course, and that's what the media thinks whenever he deigns to bring her out to various Hero Galas and whatnots. She doesn't pay them much attention, but the media still tries to ask her questions, as a few reporters always manage to wiggle into the events for publicity sake. What is it like being the wife of the Number Two Hero? they ask. How is Endeavor as a husband?
If Todoroki Rei were a braver woman, she would tell them that she is only a wife in name; really, she's no better than a prime breeder cow. She is useful only when she is able to procreate, and if she were not, she'd be sold as meat.
But Todoroki Rei is meek. So she just smiles a fake smile, dips her head whilst feeling the burn of Enji's eyes boring into her, and says the honor is all mine.
The problem with all of this is that this is Todoroki Rei.
Himura Rei, however, is not weak.
And Himura Rei loved her family more than anything.
(or, how Himura Rei takes back her name, takes back her life, and becomes a role model her kids can look up to, for once.)
