Summary
When they met for the first time in a Minecraft chat as pre-pubescent, stupid boys, Sapnap thought Dream was the coolest person in the world.
He was always confident, sure of himself, always knew the right things to do and would listen to all Sapnap’s rants and give good advice, too.
It didn’t matter a few years later when Dream was a beta, and Sapnap was the one to present as an alpha. Sapnap would always look up to him. Dream was just like that, always a step ahead, smart, and he seemed to never be deterred by what people saw as a “lacking” secondary gender.
That is, until they met George.Sapnap's perspective of Dream and George struggling to realize they love each other enough.

It's senior year, the final year at high school, and Dream is determined to have a good time. He's ditching his mask once and for all, and he's going to enjoy his final year no matter what it throws at him- even if that turns out to be two very attractive boys that he might be crushing on.
Techno is nervous about senior year. He's nervous about coming out to his entire school, about having to face prom and other senior activities as an introvert with no social skills, but he's prepared, even excited. What he isn't prepared for, however, is how unfairly pretty his old rival turns out to be.
Illumina swears he's going to have a heart attack before the year is over. He's going through his senior year at a new American school, and he has no friends, and he's 99% sure that everyone is scared of him. But the cute blonde boy in his biology class just might make everything worth it.
One thing's for sure: this year is going to be a wild ride.

Summary
Tommy, the hero known as Two-Faced had been working under Dream, or Fleetfoot, for a while now. Tubbo was adamant that Dream was mistreating him but Tommy knew better. Dream was just helping him become a better hero. Every new bruise was a lesson, every long training session a chance to better himself. Who cared if Dream hurt him more than villains? If his sparring sessions left him more tired than his patrols? How else was he supposed to learn?
After a series of mistakes, Tommy starts to see how right Tubbo was. Ironically, Tommy finds safetey with the villains. Whenever he's injured while shifted the villains find him and nurse him back to health. Slowly, Tommy learns to trust, to heal. Slowly, Tommy finds safety in unlikely allies.
And maybe, he even finds a family.

To understand how he got into this situation, you must first understand the circumstances in which he was raised. His parents and brother having died, the boy was left in the care of one Dr XD and subsequently was enrolled in a boarding school for the gifted.
From the outside, it would not seem like a particularly bad place for a child to have been raised. A large, stately manor with a sprawling green yard wrapped around in a seven foot wall and a fancy black gate. Vines covered the pale stone wall and from the upper most window, the one in the attic where there was an indent enough for someone to comfortable sit, there was a rather nice view of the surrounding area. If, at the right moment, one were to catch the sunset right as it hit the peak of the house, the entire thing would be submerged in a rich golden glow that made it look almost magical. With all that combined, one should never under any circumstances send their child to this school.
But Tommy had gone nonetheless and life for his would never be the same.

Satisfactory or disastrous, the flame will keep burning or it will cease and crumble into ashes. It would hug them welcomingly, letting them safely fall into the warmth of their arms, or it would force them down the cliff until they ignited into nothingness, vanishing into clouds of hurt that frightens them most.
Perhaps, it’s a gamble. A risk a lot of people are willing to take. If they found their people, they played a good game. If not, they recede empty-handed and possibly, with a damaged heart. Bravery, sometimes, is handed to humans since they were born, Dream wasn’t fortunate enough to be chosen.

All Tommy wanted to do was have a relaxing day with his best friends and their children in Snowchester. Now, he was faced with multiple other versions of the people he knew, a crying, teenage Shroud, and multiple stories of pain, suffering, and death. This was not the relaxing day he had wanted.
Shroud had never expected to see his father again. King Wilbur saw what he wanted so badly, his little brother, standing in front of him. Tubbo and Ranboo missed their old friend, their partner in crime and the third member of their trio of vigilantes.
Or, when King Wilbur and his family head to fight the green god one last time, something goes very wrong, and the universe breaks. Different versions of the characters end up in the DreamSMP alongside each other and the people already there. However, one thing unites all of the alternate versions. Their Tommy's are all dead. The Tommy in this new world though, was still alive. However, this won't be a simple meeting and connection. After all, this Tommy has been through multiple wars, abused, and manipulated in the past. There's a reason he's so suspicious and closed off, one they will eventually find out. And in the background of everything, Dream smiles from his cell.
