i actually like this future fic- i also subscribe to the notion that they were together until either Louis cheated with Briana(thus sparking the “i’m sorry that i hurt you darling” in Too Young and the “maybe one day you’ll call me and tell me sorry” in From The Dining Table) or they broke up and Louis had a rebound with Briana. His son, Freddie Reign (i believe this to be his real son and support him; even if he isn’t louis’ real son for god’s sake he’s just a child) resulted from that union, but they couldn’t let each other go (“never thought that giving up would be so hard/but god i’m missing you and your addictive heart/ you’re the habit that i can’t break” “im falling again..... what if you’re someone i just want around”).
anyway this is all conjecture or ~iphone conspiracies~ but yeah.

After the events of "Free to Be You and Me," Gabriel tracks Sam down to his motel room to and tries to convince him to get things over with and give himself over to Lucifer. His pitch is interrupted when Sam's co-worker Lindsey arrives on the scene and refuses to leave Sam when he clearly needs help. Unwilling to draw the innocent Lindsey into his attempt to force Sam to give in, Gabriel finds himself drawn into Sam's attempts to fight Lucifer.
Meanwhile, Dean returns from Zachariah's projected future to find that Sam's phone has been turned off.
