Summary
Chongyun, a relatively new detective at the Archon's Investigative Agency, has suddenly encountered a certain phantom thief and been assigned to the case. Unfortunately, he also has to deal with his friends trying to set him up, an informant that refuses to be seen, and sudden heart palpitations that occur whenever he's around a certain someone that likes to steal. There also happens to be a significant rise in action from a certain organisation known as the Fatui, which the agency has had trouble with for quite a while. And how does this all tie together?
