Summary
Based off a prompt from kbl55429.
Evan Buckley is three years old when he undergoes a bone marrow transplant to save his brother’s life. It’s barely a month later that he finds himself dumped at a ‘safe surrender’ hospital in LA, scared and alone.
He’s five when he meets Bobby Nash, nothing more than a frightened little boy who doesn’t trust easily.
He’s six when he becomes Evan Nash, and the beaming smile he gives the judge as he hugs his Daddy is a far cry from how he once was.
He’s twenty-one when he graduates the academy, top of his class, and starts at Station 118 with his Dad.
By twenty-five, he’s a husband and a father himself.
At twenty-seven, his parents come back, and suddenly everything is turned upside down.

Summary
After Maddie's revelation in 4x04 Buck starts to come undone.
He really shouldn’t have been surprised. The Buckley family was built on secrets, Buck had always known that. All the things Maddie and Buck had hidden from their parents as children for fear of punishment. All the things that happened after Maddie left college and were kept from her because they would be too upsetting or distracting. All the things that happened behind closed doors in the Kendall house. This had clearly just set the precedent.
Spoilers for 4x04!

Summary
Sequel to Suppose, You'll Never Know & All That I Am, All That I Ever Was. After the events that took place on the night of the prom, the 118 and Maddie struggle to cope. Eddie and Buck face the consequences of their actions and what this means for their future relationship. Meanwhile, Maddie is forced to cope with the death of her boyfriend, and what her future in LA now holds for her.
A mix of canon except here it merges with Grey's Anatomy. There's no Grey's Anatomy characters here it's just all the 9-1-1 characters we know and love, they still have their exact same jobs, the grey's anatomy character storylines are simply mixed in with their own.

Summary
“Everything alright?” Eddie asked and despite the fact that they tried to have professional boundaries at the firehouse, he wrapped his arms around Buck’s waist and held Buck securely against his chest.
“My parents are here,” Buck muttered and leaned his head back so that it fell onto Eddie’s shoulder.
“Okay,” Eddie said and he patted Buck’s chest softly. “And what do you want to do about it?”
“It doesn’t really matter what I want, Eds,” Buck said and tilted his head a little. “They’re going to twist my arm into whatever it is they want me to do, just like always.” Buck shrugged.Series

Twenty years later, Buck and Bobby have surrounded themselves with family and friends as a new chapter unfolds. But when the past comes back to haunt them, everything and everyone they love will be touched by the fallout.

Summary
I was talking in my group chat when @Buckleyswillow brought this scene to mind.
"Eddie getting the key bc of the death pact (hen and bobby sharing keys in case one of them can’t make it home) and then buck getting injured and in a coma in buck begins and he has to go to buck’s apartment to like get clothes for him IDK why bare with me I have no idea and he just walks in and it’s dead silent and he finally breaks down and starts crying bc he doesn’t know if buck will wake up and he just holds on to his shirt crying"
So I took it and ran with it.
Inspired also in part by the song, "To Build a Home"

Summary
What if Eddie wasn't waiting downstairs for Buck when he came back from the hospital in 'Buck Begins'? What if he was telling Buck's parents exactly what's what? What if he says maybe a little bit more than he was planning to?
Or - an alternate scene to the end of 'Buck Begins'.

Summary
There was a humming under Buck’s skin.
At first, he thought it was the purr of his Jeep’s engine but, no, there was an almost tangible itch under his skin. This being his first 48 hour shift since being back at the station some nerves might be understandable. But his leg felt good and his doctor gave him the all clear. So why did he feel so on edge?

Buck doesn’t say anything after his parents’ visit and his talk with Maddie because he doesn’t think it matters. Turns out he doesn't have to.

Summary
Saw a prompt for this earlier today, so here you go...
When Buck had served his purpose for his parents, he was abandoned outside of Bobby’s fire station and despite all of the problems going on in his life at the time, Bobby fell in love with baby Evan and adopted him. Years later, Buck’s parents come looking again after Daniel’s leukaemia returns - creating the perfect dilemma...
Fair warning, the timeline here is going to be really messed up in comparison to canon - overthink it at your peril...
Also, I’m not a doctor and I’m writing this off minimal research so there are probably going to be medical inaccuracies in here.
