Summary
His eyes weren’t drawn to the deep gash in the man’s neck, but rather his face. His eyes and the sockets around them were scorched, like they had been burned from the inside out. He had never seen anything like it. Pamela pulled down the cloth to uncover the rest of his body to reveal that his lower stomach had been cut just as badly as his neck. The other two were the same, more or less. One was missing a finger and the other had a nasty bruise shaping at his temple.

In the land of Eden, strange things are occurring. Demons are quoting prophecies, the land's boarders are being overrun with monsters, and a strange witch is hiding something that may change the course of the world's very existence. Sam and Dean Winchester, Hunters of the Guild, are sent to find why the witch has been hiding, and why it involves them...

Small towns and boarding schools are not the best environments for self discovery. Unfortunately for Dean and Castiel, these are the places such things must happen. In Connecticut, in 1963, the lives of the two will be forever changed.

Summary
Dean has had very few goals and wants in life, none of which have ever involved himself. When forced to focus on it though he finds himself starting to break apart because frankly? Self care fucking sucks. Even if there is a blue eyed angel encouraging him forward. Granted people have a disturbingly misguided depiction of angels in his opinion.

« – Ils arrivent, ils arrivent !

Summary
-----
"I take it you are refusing to be tired again tonight, Dean?" Cas queries, thumb moving in a slow drag against his hairline.
"And? Sue me. Can't fall asleep. Too exciting," he mumbles into Cas's sternum. Obviously he's tired, but it's not the same exhaustion that comes with hunting or stopping the apocalypse or watching your family die. It's regular-people tired, and he wants to relish it a little bit longer.
"One of these days somebody is going to take that literally. And I refuse to help you out of a self-prophesied lawsuit."
Dean laughs quietly. They're not whispering, technically, just talking low and hushed, like if they speak too loud this extended moment will come to an end. Cas shifts, his chest rising and falling slowly.
"I will still be here in the morning, as will Jack and Sam, as will the things we feel. The rest of our life will be here when you wake up. It will wait for you. I promise," and it hits Dean square in the chest, like it always does when Cas nonchalantly throws out a line that he pulled straight from the depths of Dean's monkey brain. He is so fucked.

set in s1&2 but no defined timeline
~Two weeks later, they were settling in a new motel, in a new town and a new state. They still weren’t talking about what happened, or even acknowledging that it had happened, which was fine by Sam, but a little annoying. He could feel Dean’s eyes on him when he wasn’t wearing his usual clothing in the summer sun and knew that Dean could feel him watching him in return.
They were dancing around each other so well that it didn’t even feel like a dance.

alternatively, 5 times sam and dean have sex, and the one time they actually figure out what's going on between them. -

Summary
“Dean!” Cas cries out, his voice taut with alarm. Dean rolls over, scrabbling for his dropped shotgun. The leviathan nearest to Cas, the one who’d led them into the trap, has Cas by the collar.
Michael opens a rip in the world, a 12-hour portal into Purgatory. Dean, Sam, Cas and Eileen set off in search of the leviathan blossom they need for the spell to defeat Chuck. It's supposed to be a straightforward mission, Dean thinks. Simple. Get in, get the damn flower, get out. Take care of Chuck once and for all, and then Cas can...well, Cas can head back out on his own like he so clearly can't wait to do.
But when the leviathan ambush them at the blossom site, it becomes very clear that Purgatory is simple only in its violence, and straightforward only in its knife's-edge line between life and death. Beyond this single truth, Purgatory is a complex web of shifting alliances, ancient entities, and cosmic rules that Dean and Sam will have to learn to navigate if they have any hope of bringing themselves—and their family—home in one piece.

Summary
And finally, Dean thought about Cas.
What it would all mean to have Cas in his entirety, in every way imaginable. To have him sleep caressed and sun-kissed beneath early morning sheets, the weight of his fingers tracing Dean’s palm down peaceful corridors, his scent cloaked in Dean’s very bones. To have his warmth as comfort and his hands as a guide that slid over Dean’s skin with familiarity. No more tentativeness, no more skimming the edges and tracing the seams of their story.
Peace. He wanted peace. But with Cas back from the Empty with his memories shredded, and Jack nowhere to be seen, what would peace even look like? And, after everything, was it something Dean deserved?

Summary
Fixing the Earth was a good start to the eternal godhood of Jack Kline - impressive and absurdly easy. Then he tries to fix a second problem and finds the limits of his supposedly unlimited power. What is a baby God to do? Ask his dad.
Castiel is back from the Empty and (temporarily) stuck in a Heaven that is more cracks than structure. He's embracing his new role as Jack's advisor (which he's definitely NOT using as a distraction from the consequences of his own actions). Dean Winchester is going through life in the Bunker on autopilot, trying to simultaneously process years of pent up emotions while also not thinking about any of it at all to avoid a complete breakdown. He knows Cas will be back soon and he's on a deadline. Adam Milligan is miserably holed up in a motel with bad takeout, a cell phone Sam keeps calling him on, and a rushed not-quite-promise from a scrawny blond kid that he really needs an update on, like, yesterday. And Sam Winchester, well, he's absolutely fine. No problems here! Until the demons show up.
*This is a more light-hearted fix-it, keeping as close to canon compliant as I was willing to go. Emphasis on setting poorly handled plot lines off in more positive directions.*

Summary
This work is inspired from my a breakdown I had over the song photograph and Cas's picture from endverse that Dean kept. It's 1 am and i dont have a better summary, but its a lot of pain I promise you.
Read it? I think you guys will like it.
Also, I doubt it will ever evolve further from pain, cause well, its Dean and Cas yeah?
I love them and I miss them and this is especially for you Aish for always sharing my pain.
Leave your reactions in the comments. I'll try and do a chapter of this daily but college starts tomorrow so no promises. Its not really a afic? Just that Photograph's journey, in a way. I have a rough idea, bear with me. <3

Summary
Prompt:
Prior to John’s death, he and Sam had sex and Sam’s pregnant with his baby. This can be a pre-established relationship. Maybe there’s implied child abuse, maybe it was fully consensual. Maybe it started right before Sam went to Stanford, maybe it started in Season 1. Regardless of when it started, DEAN DIDN’T KNOW.
Cue Dean getting all awkward about it (after all, is his brother carrying his nephew or his brother?) and then both mourning the loss of their dad. Maybe Dean doesn’t believe Sam at first and it causes tension between them. If it’s not ABO or carrier-verse, then maybe Dean thinks it’s part of what John meant when he told him he might have to kill Sam.
Throw in anything else you want, any pairings, any kinks, if you want a scene between Sam and John that’s fine. If you want the child-abuse angle and Dean either blaming Sam or comforting him, that’s fine. Do whatever else you want.
Thanks!
