Penelope is half elvish half human. Her and her sister.Colin is from the willow people or what everyone calls them the enchanted people.
Most of what Demigods where based off was because of them.The Enchanted people and the Elvish people live side by side being friends but nothing more. They would have season where all come dance and play during the summer.
Eloise Colin younger sister would become friends with the Half elvish half human girl. The youngest of the Elvish commander. His union was one of peace since the king had already married. They offered the human king’s youngest daughter to wed him.
The youngest took after her father and for that the mother showed her the least favor.
This was the start of how Penelope and Colin’s soulmate journey began.
(Also I didn’t want to change the names because it would get to be too much so they all have the same names)
