When the Heart and Straw Hat Pirates make a pit stop on an unknown island, Law comes across a Marine base using children to mine a cave and a girl with a familiar smile and a protective streak a mile wide with the most uncanny nickname, Cora. Unable to stop himself, Law saves the kids and ends up getting a new assistant in the process. With her help, and the help of his crew, Law starts to heal his past scars.
Or, Law adopts a girl named Cora that reminds him way too much of Cora-san and shenanigans ensue as they bond with the rest of the crew and heal. Heavily focused on Heart Pirates interactions and Straw Hat interactions, Heart Pirates are also medical personnel.

In yet another Alternate Universe of One Piece, we have a story that takes place in the Modern World. In this Modernized World, four very close friends, who consider themselves to be more relatives than friends, suffer from a separation so harsh that nothing grand nor minimal could make things right for them ever again…
Or so they had thought.
Fourteen years pass them by and not only do their worlds begin to puzzle its way back together upon reconciliation, just like the old days, but little by little they begin to realize that the puzzle that was once broken and pieced back together held an immense amount of holes within their so-called “Complete Picture” and many un-answered secrets.
{A One Piece AU that holds similar events to the actual anime, but will have my own personal twists and turns. The characters of the anime One Piece, who will be written out here, all belong to the creator Eiichiro Oda. Summary
Law didn't know what to make of his new family, he'd gone through this song and dance enough times not to fall for fake smiles or kind words. Corazon was different though, he was kind and made him feel safe, Doffy too- in only so much that he could be scary when someone hurt his brother, be it physically or emotionally.
He may have miscalculated this time, the rest of the Donquixote household looked to finally have given up on him after months of him giving off hostile intent. Not matter what his new father and uncle say in differ. That was fine, he didn't need anyone but when even Corazon seemed to get tired of his attitude of self destruction and anger Law makes a wish before bed, he wishes that everyone would disappear and be happy without him.
When he wakes up the next day, ready to go off on the so-called vacation that had been the cause for the arguments lately he is shocked to find himself alone. Did his wish come true?
And who were these clowns trying to break into his house? They would learn what happened when one tried to break into the Donquixote Home, even if Law was now the only one left, he would defend his home, until his family came back and forgave him for wishing them away. -
