Summary
Peter wakes in a hole in the ground of a house. Next to him is a man of approximately his age, eyes burning Alpha red, who smells exactly like his 15-year-old nephew. Peter seems to be in a house that smells like burnt wood and ashes and looks oddly like his childhood home. A young girl with fiery hair and terrified eyes cowers in the corner of the room looking at him like he is going to gut her. There is a mirror reflecting the light of the moon on him.
‘Ah the worm moon ritual, that means I must have died then…’
Peter gets out of his hole, then crouches down to the young man’s level.
“Can you stand? I realize that the ritual takes its toll on energy, but since you went through the trouble of resurrecting me, I would like to know who you are, and why you smell like my nephew?”

After the supernatural creatures had been revealed to the world, the hunters, and a lot of ordinary people had rallied against them in their crusade against all things unnatural. In effect, the supernatural community had been too decimated to defend itself. After a massacre of this scale, only time-travel can bring back the balance the universe needed.

"Hello, Chris," sings a honeyed voice from behind.
Chris' attention snaps toward the intruder, his gun already out of its' holster and aimed at whoever it is — a boy, apparently, with braided russet hair, a red jacket, and wise eyes. He's wearing a gas mask, but Chris can tell by the way his eyes crinkle around the edges, the way sun-burnt sand swirls in his irises, that he's smiling.
Chris cocks his gun.
"You killed my father," he says.
"No offence, but he totally deserved it," the stranger agrees with cheerful solemnity.
"What the hell are you doing in my home?" Chris demands. The kid is perched on a windowsill in Chris' office, as nonchalantly as if this were something he did every day, as if they were familiar.
"I was just wondering," the kid speaks softly, fond amusement sewn through with a peculiar resignation, "how you'd feel about putting down some nazis?"

Stiles Stilinski had forgotten the life he had lived as a kid. Instead choosing to survive being chained to a dark druid who was hellbent on revenge against something called and 'Alpha Pack'. And it had been working for the most part, if Jennifer hadn't decided out of nowhere that they would be going to a town named Beacon Hills.
In the town, Stiles not only finds a piece of the childhood he used to have, but he finds an anchor in the resident Alpha that is stopping at nothing to defeat Jennifer and make sure she takes no more lives for the power she needs, along with what 'eyebrows' seems to call 'rescuing him'.
All in all, Stiles had no idea what to think of this town nor the way it feels as if it is calling him somewhere.
