Cuando Dazai se marchó de Yokohama, rompiendo su relación con Chuuya y dejando sin leer el poema que le escribió, no pensó en volver a verlo. Cuatro años después, durante su tercer año en la universidad de Kyoto, los poemas se han convertido en canciones y su exnovio en el vocalista de una banda que poco a poco se hace conocida.
Estando otra vez en la misma ciudad y bajo el mismo cielo, el doloroso recuerdo de las preguntas sin responder, las llamadas perdidas y poemas sin leer volverán incluso si ninguno lo desea.

They shared a look, and with another chuckle, Dazai turned on his heel and started walking in the direction of the port mafia base.“I’ll see you there, then.”
Fyodor copied the action, turning to walk in the opposite direction.
“I cannot wait.”-
Or, Dazai and Fyodor go undercover in UA, both for their own separate reasons, Mori knows more than he lets on, and Chuuya has a bad feeling about the whole ordeal.

Summary
The infamous pair of young and ruthless excecutives known as Double Black, raised to be a killer tool since they joined the Port Mafia, is sent on a mission, one of the many the two have faced during years of partnership.
However, this time their goals are slightly different from usual.
Questions of trust are delicate matters, and Chuuya is too often blinded by his complete faith in his colleagues to feel properly detached: after all, he doesn't know his long term partner has been ordered to kill him.
What Dazai doesn't know, on the other hand, is that Chuuya is also hiding something from him, a ravenous feeling who could make their joined fate even worse.

Takako Ariake -- Ari -- has a dark past. Flashbacks show she was an orphan of the Ryuzu dispute and she met Fukuzawa Yukichi who took her under his wing and trained her. She spent time undercover in Russia under Ango's supervision, where she infiltrated the Rats in the House of the Dead. And now the Demon Fyodor has resurfaced, threatening to destroy everything and separate her from her newfound family.
She joined the Armed Detective Agency so she could use her special ability to save people. Ari can read "waves" which are basically interpretations of brain waves. She can see images, memories, sometimes words from a person's active thoughts. Dazai is of course immune to her skill. Chuuya, however, is a broadcaster, meaning she can get overwhelmed by his thoughts. Their respective relationships evolve and combine, and together the three of them heal each other. She ends up saving not only Dazai and Chuuya but also herself from the demons of the past.
