He is the one who sees with tortured eyes,
The one who breathes with bloodied lungs,
The one who speaks with scarred lips,
The one who builds with broken hands,
The one who beats with a beaten heart,
The one who has lost it all before,
The one who will lose it all again...
He is the one that will end them all.

Kanan, one of the few survivors of the Seelie Court's fall, has been running from both his Unseelie enemies and the newly-formed Empire since. Upon meeting Hera and Chopper, and deciding to assist the former in her search for the one thing that's keeping her away from her people, he starts to realize that the roots of the Empire are more familiar to him than they at first seemed.
And when he and the rest of the small group he and Hera have accumulated over the years meet a teenage boy, barely fifteen, he realizes that, for once, he's going to have to start fighting back.
Or; Kanan still gets attached too easily.

Mages are very rare for the Jötnar, especially one as powerful as Loki. Laufey wants his son to have the best education possible, so after his preliminary training with the Priests, Loki is sent to Queen Frigga to learn more varied types of magic, wearing an Aesir glamour. He only stays there for some years, but he makes a connection with a boy named Thor. He sees him again when the Aesir prince decides to go on a mission into Jotunheim against his father's wishes.
Nethaire is the daughter of Hel, of whom had a tryst with a dark elf long ago. Growing up in Helheim she has had only the dead to talk to, which is usually a one-way conversation. That is until a certain golden eyed immortal unwittingly damages one of her statues in Midgard. Fueled by utter rage, she abducts the man and brings him back to Helheim, where she plays twisted mind games with him. She both disgusts and allures him, though he is willing to play out her sick fantasies just for the chance to escape...
