Kate was obviously still an Avenger in training, well that's what Clint told her. So yeah, she kinda didn't expect to team up this quickly with one of the most impressive Avengers (besides Clint, and Captain Rogers, and Thor, and maybe after the Winter Soldier, and a few others, but still.)
Also, it seems that Yelena is back in town. Which is great, not that Kate mind. Because Kate Bishop is a grown ass woman who didn't fall in love with a blonde assassin, she knows better.
