Important note: there are a lots of fanservice so every scene between two characters may be read differently according to who ships which couple plus Sengen. I removed the Xeno/Stanley tag even there is a scene about them, their relationship is a bit different.

Xeno was 24 years old when his sister passed away in an accident and he was given full custody of his 2 year old nephew Gen. He was used to writing research papers up until the late night hours for grad school and setting reminders for himself to eat, not having to provide and take care of a baby.

Gen was honestly relieved. Sleeping in trees hurt his back. The hard ground wasn’t much better, but the slight cushion of the futon helped and the blanket was better than his haori. He curled up on his side, asleep within minutes, only to wake hours later, sun in his eyes, and Senku’s smug smirk greeting him cheerfully.
Gen debated on moving his bed so the sun won’t wake him, or even hanging up curtains to block it out, but he was also stubborn. He enjoys Senku’s scowl every evening as he noticed the bed hadn’t been moved.

Another uni student AU? Seriously?
Well, you’re not entirely wrong, this is a college/university AU indeed because I love them but let’s add professor Xeno into the equation, who’s not only teaching Senkuu but also lives together with Stan in the flat right above Gen’s.
Lamps will die, chocolate supply will not be sufficient, Xeno will sulk listening to emo music, Gen will be sly, Senkuu will mess up his math.
And let’s hope the selfie with falcon Fluffy will turn out nicely because the grade for the falconry class depends on it.(This is inspired by my own student experience and the longer I think about it the weirder my uni seems to me)
