when they were done, sweat beading on their bare skin, they lounged in the soft light that shone through their curtains, curled around each other so tight she couldn’t tell where she ended and he began. she liked it that way. she liked the stability of him under her, his arms around her, the sound of his breathing. he smiled and she loved the the way he looked at her. she kissed him again, lazily, and he once more tasted so right.

Summary
“Why can’t you tell me your name?”
“I’ve already said.”
“Explain it another way.”
“A name...is a promise. My father made such a promise. It...killed my mother. I…I don’t want to swear an oath to someone who will be more endangered by it than I will."
“Well then what should I call you?”
“I don’t know. Whatever you’d like.”
“You’re giving me an awful lot of leeway.”
“I didn’t mean to take the choice of where you stayed away from you. The least I can do is offer another choice in its place.”
Ariadne recalls what happened after Theseus callously abandoned her on an island, utterly alone. Despairing, she sees only one course of action ahead of her...fortunately, a stranger interupts before she can do anything rash.
Over time, Ariadne begins to piece herself - once thought irrevocably shattered - back together with the help of the kindly, mysterious stranger who seems perfectly happy to provide her whatever they can.
Everything, that is, except their name. -

Summary
"I'm looking for books about Greek mythology," Percy told the librarian. "About a boy who fell out of the sky."
"That would be Icarus, dear," she said. "He accidentally flew too close to the sun and paid the ultimate price. It's a fascinating myth, if sad. He fell into the sea and drowned."
Percy bit his tongue to stop himself from crying out. He could remember someone calling him by that name, long ago. Someone who had loved him beyond measure. He could hear the roaring of a monster and furious shouting, could see a young woman with sad eyes and a hero holding a ball of twine in one hand and a sword in the other. He saw the golden man again. His eyes bore into Percy's very soul, tearing him apart and leaving him bare.
Icarus hadn't accidentally flown too close to the sun, Percy suddenly knew. He'd wanted to burn, wanted to fly. He'd wanted to fall.
———————
Or, in another life, Percy was Icarus, the boy who flew too close to the sun. Apollo is still the same.

Summary
Multimedia fic with a liberal amount of smut, includes occasional illustrations and comic interludes.
Ariadne endlessly pines for a world apart from her own, even as responsibility keeps her bound in place. Kept cloistered away from society, she grows up only knowing the companionship of her family, and her mother's Scythian servant.
Her duty is to tend to the labyrinth and the Minotaur- but only she and a handful of others know the truth.
Her brother is not monster. He is resigned to his fate, and only hopes to pay for Ariadne's freedom with his glorious death. But unbeknownst to them both, deals have been made that threaten to dash their careful plans against a wall.
On the other end of it all?
A god who is haunted by lives past lived, and gives more of himself than he can afford in order to ensure the happiness of his followers. A man who refuses to be defined by fate, and struggles to reconcile with his strangely manifested immortality.

Summary
“Welcome home!” Apollo threw his arms out as he lead his brothers into their new living room. Their not so glorious or godly living room. “It is… small,” Dionysus commented. He didn’t feel the need to hide his scepticism. “It is authentic,” Apollo explained. “If we are going to pretend to be mortals, we need to live like mortals. We couldn’t very well get a penthouse apartment, now could we?” “Why not?” Hermes asked as he closed the door to the apartment behind them. “I have a penthouse in Chicago. It is nice.”
