Summary
This is the story of a man with many names who has had many lives. There are beginnings, middles, and ends. And where one story ends, another begins...
When beings from his world alter the timeline and create a hole in the fabric of reality, Walter O'Dim finds himself stuck in a world with only a limited amount of magick. He struggles to adapt to this new place, but for a man who has relied on magick for thousands of years, it is not an easy task, and he very quickly finds himself in mortal danger.
However, before this tale can end as many others have for him, he finds himself being saved by a handsome stranger. Thinking quickly, Walter strikes a deal with this stranger, offering to help the man get the bounty he is after in exchange for assistance getting home.
But things become even more complicated for Walter when he finds himself questioning if he even wants to leave. The longer he spends in this new world, the more he finds himself wishing to stay. Haunted by the past of one world. Longing for the potential future of another. All while being hunted by enemies from both. Will he choose to return home to his world, decide to stay in this new one, or will Ka rip that choice from him?
