The title is Latin for "Shards of Ice".

Izuku's life has been much the same for years now. Braving the unrelenting winter with his village, enduring Kacchan's taunts and trying to needle more information from his only friend, the mysterious boy from the woods who only calls himself 'Shouto'.
But now, the Snow Queen's taken away Kacchan and Izuku is determined to get his friend back, no matter how rocky their relationship had been. It would be a whole lot easier of course, if he could convince Shouto to help. Especially since he's certain that Shouto knows more about the Snow Queen than he's letting on.

So begins a fantastical journey that spans the seasons, filled with oddly familiar faces and near impossible odds. But even in the harshest of winters, Jyushimatsu will stop at nothing to save his older brother and bring him home.

Yuri sucked in a breath, ready to release it in a passionate argument, but Nikolai didn’t let him.
“By the time the bell strikes midnight you can choose anyone you wish to, but after that I will choose one for you.”
He pointed a forefinger towards Yuri and the big King’s ring glimmered in the candlelight.
