Marin isn't quite sure how to feel about being pregnant. He's somewhere between over the moon and regretting every decision he's ever made in his life. He loves the pup growing inside of him and is terrified of growing to care for it, so many things could go wrong. So many things had gone wrong. Dick is another problem on top of his conflicting feelings, the Alpha seems to be happy about the pup which is good, it should be good. So why doesn't it feel good?

Dick couldn't imagine ever settling down for real, never in his life could he see himself locking himself to one person and raising a child with them. Marin however has somehow made him want all of those things. Is it ideal that his omega got pregnant before he could get a chance to confront those feelings? Probably not. But what Dick knows is that he loves Marin- hell Marin might be the first person he's ever been able to love in a romantic way. He loves Marin and he loves the pup inside of him. Even if something from the past is anchoring his omega to a deep fear that Dick isn't sure how to face.

Dick can strike a deal with Slade after the purchase, he’s sure of it. He knows Tim is safe with Jason somewhere, and that’s what’s important. It’s weird, though, that Slade Wilson is being so…nice.

Tim nodded and looked around for a moment before he jerked his head over to a young alpha in the centre of the room. The dark-haired alpha had a strong arm wrapped possessively around the waist of a blonde beta woman and Jason watched as Tim winced when she leant in to kiss the alpha.
Jason winced in sympathy. That explains why the kid was necking the drinks like they were water.
“Why don’t you stick with me for the rest of the evening, huh? I’ll be much better company than either of them.” he ducked his head to speak directly into Tim’s ear. “I haven’t got eyes for any other beta or even a ‘mega tonight, just you. Promise.”

Maybe he was starting to get soft. A few months ago Jason would have noticed the alarm to the apartment was turned off the moment it happened, but it wasn’t until he heard the shower running that he managed to piece it together and according to his phone that was twenty minutes ago.
After Tim comes home out of sorts, Jason can't help feeling like he's doing everything wrong but it isn't until the other points out that he must not have checked any news reports today that he learns Tim is caught up in a murder along with a case he's been working on.

Tim Drake had always assumed he would be a beta. After a mission went wrong, Tim presents as an omega. Terrified that his friends and adopting family might force him to give up his role as Red Robin, he tries to hide his new development. This goes about as well as anyone trying to hide something from the Batman.
