It's the dawn of a new spring and Snufkin is making his regular journey back to Moominvalley. But with the spring breeze comes Snuffkin's doubts. He doubts his situation and himself as a whole. This doubt brings a familiar fear he's kept all his life. A fear of his own comfort, his own attachments. Maybe things would be better for him, and his friends, if he just never came back.

Summary
Moomin, after visiting his friend Alicia, along with little My, finds himself now magically changed thanks to a potions mishap caused by the other two. And with the witch being away for atleast a week, there is no way that moomin will be able to turn back till she can come to his aid... If she'd even want to aid him that is.
How will moomin cope with life in this new body of his? How will others react to this new Moomin? And will this be the final push that Moomin needs to confess his feelings to a certain vagabond friend of his?

Summary
It’s spring time in Moomin Valley and everything is nearly perfect. Until it isn’t, and then Snufkin finds themself leaving Moomin Valley because “something has come up” that they need to work out emotionally (alone of course) for a while on the first day of spring. And so off they go.
Two or so years later, Moomintroll is still pining (but has kind of given up hope). A mysterious invisible person has turned up at Moomin Valley and to help distract himself from another spring Snufkinless and because Moomintroll is nice he volunteers to try to help the invisible person with their problems.
It doesn’t hurt that the invisible person is really sweet as to leave bouquets for Moomintroll here and there. Friendly, aren’t they? Too bad Moomintroll doesn’t exactly know the language of flowers, or it might be a bit more obvious as to who this mysterious person is.

"You still sleep every night in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. This is like that." Snufkin had explained once, long ago. "You sleep all winter long but you still need more at other times. I may travel all winter long, may have my own space, but I still need a little more in between stretches. To tide me over."
For Snufkin, personal space is as necessary as breathing or breakfast. If a few days without Snufkin every few weeks means Moomin gets to spend time with him for the remaining warm moments, three seasons out of four, well, he’ll take that compromise. After all, alone time is not the sort of thing you can store up in jars and leave in the cellar till you have need for more. It’s perishable.
