When the new TOS goes live, we expect to ask users to affirm that they are at least thirteen, and also old enough to consent to share their personal information in the jurisdiction they live in and are a citizen of, the same way we now ask for people to affirm that they are at least 13. We aren't adding any other questions on the site re age affirmation/confirmation.

how would this TOS change stop people from lying about thier age?
I'm pretty sure the Archive won't be legally responsible for stopping people from lying.
