Unable to say no to Ana Kuya's commanding tone, Alina flies back to her hometown for the holidays.
She's walking around, busy doing the last round of Christmas shopping when she spots him, standing in front of the huge pine tree in the middle of the town square.
He looks so happy as he shows the Christmas lights to the little boy he's holding in his arms, smiling when a woman with a round belly walks by his side and kisses him.
The old black scarf he forgot at her house all those years ago suddenly feels too tight around her neck. -
