4 Works in Best of My Hero Academia

At a young age, Izuku Midoriya gave up his dream to become a hero. He didn't have a quirk. He was not special. He longed to be remembered. He wanted to be known. He wanted people to see him, and what he did, and smile.
It was only at age 15 did he realize that seeing them suffer may be even more enjoyable, and that the quirk he had never known was a beautifully horrible one indeed. It was time to create art, and time to change the world forever.

You stole it, you stole it, give it back!` tears were streaming down the blonds cheeks.
No, that couldn’t be right, Kacchan was strong, he never cried.
(But he did)
Kacchan kept yelling, kept crying, but didn’t get any closer.
(He did, and you made him cry)
Izuku took a few steps back. He didn’t steal it, did he? He, he couldn’t have stolen it. Stealing was bad, and he wasn’t bad. Heroes didn’t steal. Only villains ever stole. Only villains ever hurt people and made them cry. And.. and he wasn’t a villain...
(I’m not a villain)

Izuku wants to be a hero.
No matter what anyone says, his teachers, his classmates, or even Kacchan, he wants to be a hero.
It shouldn't matter that no one thinks he can. It shouldn't matter what people think, or say, because the only thing that matters is if he can, and he's at least going to try. He'll find a way. Even if his quirk is what it is, he'll find a way to be a hero without pushing anyone else down.
...but who has ever heard of a hero who needs to borrow other people's quirks just to fight?
(Currently on hiatus for an undetermined amount of time. Sorry.)
- Part 1 of Cat's BnHA fic

Midoriya Izuku has been kicked, pushed, shoved, punched, and generally physically abused in just about every way possible by his classmates since it was revealed that he is, in fact, quirkless. In another world, he sticks it out, remains optimistic and friendly, and gets incredibly lucky in the form of a fateful encounter with the number one hero and a gifted quirk.
This is not that world.
Instead, Izuku takes his future into his one hands, and fights back. He's going to become a hero with or without a quirk, and he's ready to take on anyone who says otherwise.
(Otherwise known as the AU in which Izuku never gets a quirk, but doesn't let that stop him from going to UA and becoming a hero anyways.)
