Thought I’d update the summary since this is obviously no longer a one shot.
Adora is your above average, soccer captain, sweetheart, heartthrob, but she has a secret that Catra begins figuring out when they meet at a costume party. Adora wants her, but not in just a normal, lusty, lesbian way. Pocket protectors, glasses and Bunsen Burners is what gets Adora hot, especially when it comes to Catra.
Catra has secrets too, her life mostly. In order to finish college she just has to keep mother dearest in dark about nearly every aspect of her life, including her degree. The biggest secret though, Catra is keeping it from themself.

Sure, most people wouldn't want to spend their entire summer locked in a house with 13 strangers while being filmed 24/7. All it takes to shatter her fragile equilibrium is one voice - a voice she'd worked hard to forget, a voice she'd thought she was safe from.

“Okay. Then tell me what you do remember.”
Adora wraps her arms around herself, hugging her elbows, and winces. “I remember changing...It hurt. Worse than this,” she nods her chin towards the ripped carpet. “And I wanted it to stop...I just wanted it to stop. And I knew there was something that could do that. I didn’t know where it was but I knew it would help, so I went looking for it.”
Catra waits for her to continue, but she doesn’t.
“And?”
“And then I found you,” Adora says tightly. Her voice is deeper, calmer than before. She almost sounds a little angry. “And I felt better.”

When Catra receives a call from her sister Glimmer asking her to help catch a runaway werewolf during the full moon, she’s expecting it to be a one night deal. But when the next full moon rolls around and the wolf comes looking for her, she realizes she may have attracted a stray.

'Whatever. At least she’s almost home.
The elevator judders to a halt, but the doors don’t open. Adora frowns, pushing the open door button, but nothing happens.
“Oh, no,” Adora mutters to herself, pushing the button again, “not today. Please no.”
Adora starts hammering the button, hoping that the doors will somehow respond, but she stops when she realises there’s another person in the elevator with her. She turns around, hoping that she doesn’t look insane, and meets the gaze of the most gorgeous woman she’s ever seen.
Of course the universe would pick today to trap her in an elevator with a supermodel.'
Or, Adora and Catra get trapped in an elevator together.

'The waitress smirks, pulling a pencil from behind her ear. A few messy strands of chestnut brown hair fall out of the equally messy but styled ponytail the waitress’ hair is up in. “Just wondering if you wanted to order a drink while you wait for the rest of your party.”
“I’m okay, thank you,” Adora answers, “I’ll wait until my date gets here.”
The waitress raises an eyebrow, like she’s surprised someone as awkward as Adora has a date. She smirks, and questions, “blind date?”
Adora feels herself blushing and wonders how the woman knows. “Uh, maybe.”'
Or, Bow and Glimmer set Adora up on multiple bad dates, and Catra is the cute waitress at the restaurant who's enjoying the show.

Summary
On a cold night in 1910, something unexplainable occurs at a house outside of Bright Moon. Distant neighbors report red lights, strange noises, and horrible screaming. The police investigation finds no clues as to what may have happened, and no trace of the two girls who lived in the house, or their shadowy guardian. Without an owner present, the house is reclaimed by the bank, and then the state. It stands empty for decades, alone on its hill, the subject of ghost stories and urban legends.
A hundred and ten years later, Bow and Glimmer enter a supposedly haunted house on a dare—and find much more than they ever could've bargained for. For Glimmer, proof that the universe is much bigger than she had imagined it, and access to a destiny that she has been waiting to claim. For Bow, a new roommate—and, maybe, a chance to do what he does best: help someone.
